簡介:
整形外科學(xué)博士,2012年畢業(yè)于上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院整復(fù)外科,師從我國整形外科領(lǐng)軍人物劉偉教授、曹誼林教授。主持包括國家自然科學(xué)基金、北京市自然科學(xué)基金在內(nèi)的科研項目5項。在國內(nèi)外發(fā)表中英文文章50余篇,其中第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI文章20篇。參編專著2部《整形美容外科手術(shù)失誤及處理》(第二版),《整形美容外科學(xué)全書》,作為副主譯翻譯英文專著1部《Rejuvenation of the aging face》。完成各類整形美容、修復(fù)重建手術(shù)及注射治療上萬例。

學(xué)術(shù)成果:
吸脂及自體脂肪移植領(lǐng)域:1)提出快速康復(fù)技術(shù)在大面積脂肪抽吸中的應(yīng)用,極大程度提高了吸脂術(shù)后的患者舒適度,讓術(shù)后患者盡快恢復(fù)正常工作生活。2)率先開展成分脂肪移植,用于陳舊性瘢痕的治療。
再生醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域:國際上率先提出應(yīng)用肌源性細胞轉(zhuǎn)分化為肌腱系細胞,構(gòu)建工程化肌腱修復(fù)肌腱缺損,并開展了大量的基礎(chǔ)及動物實驗研究;構(gòu)建自體肌腱組織修復(fù)外傷后肌腱缺損已開展臨床試驗。
瘢痕治療領(lǐng)域:1)基于系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)刺激對組織再生的實驗研究,國際上率先提出持續(xù)瘢痕減張技術(shù)在瘢痕美容以及病理性瘢痕治療中的應(yīng)用。2)建立了動態(tài)力學(xué)刺激促進病理性瘢痕形成的動物模型。3)國際上率先開展持續(xù)減張技術(shù)抑制瘢痕疙瘩復(fù)發(fā)的研究,為不適合術(shù)后放療的瘢痕疙瘩患者治療提供了一種新的選擇。
